These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments require a booking fee. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice the booking fee becomes non-refundable. Booking fee is 50% redeemable against future in-clinic treatments booked within 3 months.

- Please do not arrive earlier than 15min.
- If you are later than 15min we may need to reschedule. New booking fee will be required.
- No children or pets without prior discussion.
Reschedules <24hrs will incur a £40 fee.
No show-fee: £80
Cancellations <48hrs will incur a £40 fee.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, deposits will be retained.
Full payment may be required in advance for certain treatments or packages.
Refund Policy
All treatments and services provided by Concierge Nurse UK are non-refundable once carried out.
Prepaid treatments or packages are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period. Unused sessions are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction where treatment has been delivered in accordance with professional standards.
Medical Consultation & Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to a thorough consultation and clinical assessment.
Concierge Nurse UK reserves the right to refuse or delay treatment where it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or not in the client’s best medical interest.
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of fees.
Results from aesthetic, wellness, and weight loss treatments vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice.
Final treatment costs may vary depending on individual requirements identified during consultation.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Where applicable, clients will be given reasonable notice of any changes.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are provided with aftercare advice following treatments. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions provided.
Concierge Nurse UK is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

Our website is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may update, suspend, or withdraw the website or any part of it at any time without notice.
